    As much notice as possible is requested, 48 hours or more is preferred.

    Standard fee of $175.00 includes:

    • 15 minute Prelude 
    • Up to 5 congregational hymns
    • Postlude
    • Additional Options: 
      • Chiming of the hour is included at no additional charge if organ has a chiming capabilities
      • To provide my own instrument to connect with provided sound equipment: No Additional Charge
      •  I do not rent sound equipment for you; however, I can provide reasonable amplification for most venues at an additional $50.00 charge 
      • When I play an existing piano or organ at your location, I require that it be in tune, and all notes, keys, stops, pedals, etc. to be in proper working order.  
      • Non-traditional, unfamiliar with me, or unusual service music $25.00 per piece plus the cost of music 
      • Services lasting more than 1.5 hours, including prelude, postlude, and wait time are subject to an additional charge of $85.00/hour billable to the nearest quarter hour 
      • Accompany a soloist with one rehearsal up to 30 minutes in length $50.00 each plus the cost of music; additional rehearsal time (same session) $85.00/hour billable to the nearest quarter hour (including wait time)
      • Additional rehearsal time with soloist $85.00/hour; one hour minimum, additional time billable to the nearest quarter hour (including wait time)
      • Additional rehearsal cancellation fees: No fee if canceled with 48 hours notice, less than 48 hours notice: $25.00, less than 24 hours notice: $50.00, No show: $85.00

    Mileage, Lodging, and Other Accommodations:

    • For locations in Virginia that do no require an overnight stay, except the Tri-Cities of Colonial Heights, Petersburg, or Hopewell, I ask for a mileage reimbursement of $0.78/per mile 
    • For locations that require long-distance travel or overnight stay, I ask for reasonable travel/lodging/food arrangements to me made so as to incur minimal out-of-pocket expenses

    Payment:

    • Most appearances require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to reserve the date
    • Fees from additional rehearsals are due at the time of the rehearsal
    • The remainder of payment including any additional fees are to be received prior to services being rendered
    • All other events payment is due on the date of the event prior to any services being rendered
    • Cash Payment Preferred
    • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & AmEx accepted at an additional 5% fee.
